What I fix

One specific blocker that you describe, for example:

  • Build or publish fails: the deployment stops with an error, or starts and then crashes.
  • Secrets and environment variables: the app works in the workspace, but a key or variable is missing in production.
  • Database connection: production can't reach its database, or reads the wrong one.
  • Custom domain: your domain doesn't point to the app, or HTTPS doesn't work.

Not included: new features, unrelated bugs and refactors. If I spot other problems while fixing yours, I tell you, and you decide what to do about them.

What if there's more than one problem?

The $49 covers the blocker you describe. If your app needs a full check before real users arrive, the Ship-Ready Security Review covers security, data, costs and deployment, and your $49 is credited if you book it within 30 days.

Do you need edit access?

Yes, for the duration of the fix. I limit changes to what the fix needs. Create a checkpoint or backup first, and remove my access when we're done.

What if you can't fix it?

If the blocker isn't fixed within 48 hours of access, you get a full refund.

  2. Email me your Repl link and the error at hello@snapforgelab.com: the error message, or a screenshot of the deployment log.
  3. Invite hello@snapforgelab.com to your Repl with edit access. Create a checkpoint first.
  4. Fixed within 48 hours of access. I tell you what was wrong and what I changed.
