Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy a service from Snapforge Lab, an independent studio run by Simo. Snapforge Lab is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Replit, Inc. Questions: hello@snapforgelab.com.

Services and prices

  • Ship-Ready Review: a read-only production-readiness audit of one Replit app, delivered as a written report and a video within 48 hours of receiving access. Paid upfront.
  • Ship-It Sprint: implementation of the review's fix list and deployment to production, on the scope agreed in writing.
  • Starter Build: one business app built on your Replit account, on the scope agreed in writing.
  • Care: monthly hosting support, monitoring and improvements. Cancel anytime; it stops at the end of the paid month.

Prices are in US dollars and published on the pricing section. The price and scope confirmed to you in writing before you pay are the ones that apply.

Payment

Payments are made through PayPal. Reviews are paid in full upfront. Sprints and Builds are paid 50% at the start and 50% when the app is live in production. The review fee is credited toward a Ship-It Sprint booked within 30 days.

Refund guarantee

If a Ship-Ready Review finds fewer than 3 real issues, you get a full refund. For Sprints and Builds, if we cannot deliver the agreed scope, you don't pay the second 50%.

Replit Deploy Fix

  • Scope: one specific deployment or configuration blocker that you describe: a failing build or publish, secrets or environment variables, a database connection, or a custom domain.
  • Access: you invite hello@snapforgelab.com to your Repl with edit access for the duration of the fix. We limit changes to what the fix needs.
  • What "fixed" means: the blocker you described no longer occurs and the app deploys or runs as it did before. New features, unrelated bugs and refactors are out of scope.
  • Refund: if we have not fixed the blocker within 48 hours of receiving access, you get a full refund. You are responsible for keeping a backup or checkpoint of your app before you grant access.
  • Credit: the $49 is credited toward the Ship-Ready Review if it is booked within 30 days of the Deploy Fix payment.

Timelines

Delivery times start when we receive the access and information we asked for. Delays caused by missing access, third-party outages or scope changes move the date accordingly; we tell you in writing.

Ownership and access

Your app and its code stay on your own Replit account and belong to you. You grant us the access needed for the work and can revoke it at any time. We may reuse general, non-confidential know-how and our own templates, never your code or data.

Confidentiality

We keep your code, data and business information confidential and use them only to deliver the service. Case studies are published only with your written permission.

Responsibility

We work with care and to professional standards, but no review can guarantee that an app is free of every bug or vulnerability. You remain responsible for your app, your data, your users and your compliance obligations. Our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for it.
