Privacy policy
Snapforge Lab ("we") is an independent studio run by Simo. This page explains what data the website collects and why. Questions: hello@snapforgelab.com.
What we collect
- Contact and request forms: your email address, the message you write, and, for the Readiness Score, your answers summary if you choose to email it to yourself. We also record which page and campaign link brought you (for example
utm_source=reddit) so we know which channels work. - Payments: handled by PayPal. We receive your name, email and payment details PayPal shares with sellers. We never see or store your card number.
- Client projects: if you hire us, the access you grant to your Replit project and the information you send us to do the work.
The Readiness Score runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent anywhere unless you submit the email form.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If we enable privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics), it counts visits without identifying you. Your browser session may store which campaign link you arrived from, only to attach it to a form you send.
Who processes your data
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website and may process technical data such as IP addresses for security.
- Formspree receives form submissions and forwards them to us by email.
- Google Forms receives free audit requests: the app URL and contact details you enter.
- PayPal processes payments.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for up to 24 months, client records for as long as needed for the work, invoicing and legal obligations. Access to your Replit project is removed at the end of the engagement; please revoke it on your side too.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing hello@snapforgelab.com. We reply within 30 days. We never sell your data.
